Registration fees include access to all scientific sessions and exhibition area, congress bag
and documentation, certificate of attendance and coffee breaks. |

Individual registration
To participate to the 19th EUROCHAP, participants are kindly requested to register in advance.
You can register on-line or download and print the registration form. Fill in and return the form by fax or regular mail to the congress secretariat with the payment or proof of payment.

Group registration (at least 10 delegates)
The group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals. Group registration can be completed on line only. To register your participants please click here.

Name changes
After July 5, 2010 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of a handling fee of € 20,00 (VAT 19,6% included) per name change. A new registration form for the replacing participant will be required before proceeding to the name change. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases.

Confirmation of registration
An invoice and a registration confirmation letter will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat.
|
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be notified to the Congress secretariat in writing (by regular mail or fax) according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation on/before August 16, 2010: refund of 50% of the registration
- After August 16, 2010: no refund.

- A Congress dinner (Limited number of seats) will be held on Sunday 25 September:

- Reduced fee for Under 35: 50 €
