Please make sure your hotel reservation is made by September 13, 2010.
A large number of rooms at preferential rates in different price categories have been reserved in Paris for the period of the Congress. The hotels have been selected with regard to their price, accessibility and proximity to the congress venue.
To make your reservation, please consult the hotels list and payment information. Please download or print the housing form and send it by current mail, fax or email to AIM France.

Payment information
On booking, AIM France will charge the totality of the accommodation selected by the participant. Payments should be made in Euro. Each reservation will be effective on payment.
AIM France will issue an invoice for the reservation and a voucher will be sent out as confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Any change or cancellation must be notified to AIM France in writing (by regular mail, fax or email) according to the following conditions:
Cancellation on/before August 20, 2010:
One night will be charged
Cancellation from August 21 to September 12, 2010:
50% of the total amount will be charged
After September 13, 2010:
No refund |
Hotel Accommodation for Groups
Reservations will be considered as Group reservation from 10 rooms on.
For any group booking, please contact AIM France to obtain the “Terms and conditions for groups”.
